What an amazing experience for kids to just let go and have crazy fun! They have something for everyone here and the staff are great at letting the kids just play.

While attending a birthday party today my daughter ran out of the toddler area screaming saying her foot was hurting and she couldn’t walk on it. Upon inspection of her foot it was cut and bleeding in multiple areas and a shard of glass still in her foot. She was bleeding pretty badly and we notified an employee what happened and that we needed a first aid kit. When the manager arrived she had a few bandaids and I asked her for a few alcohol swabs to clean her foot since I didn’t know what the glass shard came from. She left and came back and said they didn’t have the first aid kits set up. My husband had to go to the car and get ours out. The staff did not close out the toddler area to inspect and clean and other kids entered the toddler area a few minutes after the incident happened. I also informed them of the blood that dripped from where I carried her to over by the birthday party they did nothing and continued with their personal conversations.The drips of blood remained on the floor when we left. The staff lacked the proper training and care. They also lacked the minimum first aide essentials required. They seemed to care more about the personal conversations amongst them than their actual job.

We were told because there was a non verbal kid who was autistic. He had more rights then other children. He wouldn't take turns, he hit others. Staff got bullied by his family and walked away. Horrible horrible

If you have kids, they will love Urban Air. There are so many fun things for kids to do and it's perfect for birthday parties. We had my daughter's party there and there was a host to help us, it was easy for the parents and super fun for the kids and since it's all indoors you don't have to worry about the weather. Most of the activities are optional for the parents as well so you can join in the fun with your kid or sit back and watch them wear themselves out lol. It's a little pricey but for the amount of fun things to do it's worth it, your kids will definitely enjoy themselves. FYI you need to sign a waver before you enter but it can be done online beforehand.

Everything was great except it’s run by teenagers and customer service could be better lol the problem isn’t the teenagers the problem is that they are not trained as well as they could be for excellent customer service. Excellent customer service is what brings people back
